Chris has overall strategic and financial responsibility for the company and its service delivery to clients.
Prior to joining Fraser Real Estate in 2015, he was a Senior Director and Head of Corporate Real Estate at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he worked for over 16 years.
Chris has worked with a broad range of occupier clients, from SME’s to FTSE100 companies, across a variety of business and property sectors. He specialises in forming and implementing property strategies to align portfolios to the requirements of the business. Chris is also skilled in the implementation of innovative property transactions to release capital, enhance value or minimise the cost of an existing portfolio.
