Victoria joined Fraser Real Estate in 2026, bringing over 20 years’ experience in real estate recovery and restructuring across the UK. Prior to joining Fraser, she led the Recoveries business at Allsop and has built a reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions in challenging situations and is known for her collaborative and hands on approach.
Victoria specialises in fixed charge receiverships, distressed asset management and debt recovery strategy, acting for a broad range of clients iOver the course of her career, she has undertaken and concluded more than 1,000 fixed charge receivership appointments across all major property sectors.
Victoria is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of NARA, the professional body representing property receivers and professionals involved in real estate recoveries and insolvency, and serves on NARA’s Council, helping to promote best practice and professional standards across the industry.
