Chris joined Fraser Real Estate at the start of 2026, bringing extensive experience in real estate strategy, valuation and occupier-focused consultancy. Prior to joining FRE, Chris developed his corporate property skills working in Chris Wright’s Asset Optimisation team at BNP Paribas Real Estate. He then joined Montagu Evans in 2017 as a Partner in the Advisory department expanding his valuation skills and leading large projects for key clients such as DfE.
Chris advises clients on surplus leases, lease restructuring and real estate portfolio strategy. He has extensive experience delivering portfolio change programmes, lease surrender projects and strategic property initiatives designed to maximise value and support wider business objectives. He also specialises in complex valuation assignments, including IFRS 16 reporting and right-of-use asset valuations.
